Fixed Assets Maintenance I discovered today that the Business Care amounts for Silver and Gold must be taken from the price list. They are not 21% and 25% as with ERP, and there is not a consistent percentage for each line item. They are also charging more in terms of a percentage, so for the 3-seat Track Pack where product is $8,335, the Gold Business Care amount is $2,621, which calculates to 31.45%. And, of course, even though there is a ""in the family discount"" when adding on to ERP, this is calculated based on the list price. It wouldn't surprise me to see a high number of Mercedes and BMW's in the parking lot at the Sage Virginia office, based on the pricing of their products and maintenance.
