Firefox & Citrix Access
From my support team, but may be applicable to your clients, or dare I say, people who have incorrectly chosen to use other service providers...
It has come to our attention that a recent update to Mozilla Firefox does not allow Citrix applications to launch. If you use Firefox as your browser when logging into the I-BN portal or directly through the Citrix Receiver, be advised that you will need to change your Add Ons/Plugins settings in Firefox if you update to the latest version or have auto-updating turned on in Firefox. The following instructions should be followed if you are unable to launch your applications while using Firefox:
Launch Firefox. Click on the Open Menu in the upper right hand corner. Click on Add Ons > Plugins. Change all Citrix components listed to ""Always Activate
