Good for me. When you notify the ""Offer Oasis"" I wouldn't mention that 90 Minds was ever an option - just tell them we're changing how we bring in new people and they can join Oasis by 11/1. Let's try to keep all these deadlines for OASIS sync'd up.

From memory I think we're going to invoice all 90 Minds a flat $200 which includes one socialcast plus $50 per additiional named socialcast user.

Is this for all 90minds members or just the new 3? Also I need the addresses of the temporary members that we are sending Oasis emails too so I can bill. @RobertWood do you have that info?

I think Jim asked this above, but I can't tell if Kim, Eric and Gary joined the 90Minds group or is the above strictly OASIS?

We have not yet started billing the 90Minds members so far as I'm aware. @RobertWood has the info on who has officially been asked to join but I believe it mirrors the list shown in the original post of temporary folks asked to join 90 Minds.

Kim, Eric and Gary have been offered full membership status. Kim and Eric have accepted. I haven't heard back from Gary. We will add them when they pay. @JimWoodhead , I'll get you the addresses. I think you were copied on the email where I sent them the email telling them they were being moved to OASIS. Would you prefer I add them to the OASIS member google doc?

Also the list above is the official list of who's been invited to which.

Interestingly, I got emails from Kim and Eric thanking me and saying they were excited to be full 90 Minds members. I haven't heard a peep from Gary Feldman.

Have we received any money from Kim and Eric? Getting ready to submit the 90 Minds list to Denise and wondering whether I should hold back on their names until we receive payment.

Eric and Kim both replied excited to be members. We haven't billed them yet for their membership.

Reason I ask is that I did not send a 90 Minds conference invite to them.

I don't think there's any real reason to not invite Dawn and Ed to the Meeting of the Minds as long as they're willing to pay their fair share.
