Hello Board

Below is the link to the current contract for Margaritaville 2023.   I will be posting some additional information later as it relates to 2 year contracts (and the benefits we would receive).  I feel really good about what Krista and I have put together in terms of benefits, meeting and event spaces and the upgraded rooms (and reasonable room rates).  The F&B minimum is $40,000 which is also fantastic (we will exceed that).  

Please review this contract and post any questions, comments, and or concerns.  I plan on executing this Agreement before Thanksgiving.   I appreciate any feedback,  Thanks!

**AV discounts not tied to using Encore

Please post any questions or concerns.  I would like to officially recommend we sign a two year agreement for 2024 and 2025 MOTM.

Anne - This contract looks good! This is exciting. Also, your update on the additional terms we would ask for in addition are very well thought through!! The membership will especially like the waiving of the resort fee if that happens. Also I assume the overnight parking fee would then up being complimentary too since it's part of the resort fee. One question I have is the Early Departure Fee clause. Just curious to know if that 1-night room and tax fee for leaving early is normal for events of this size. I hope we do get the AV concessions and everything you mentioned in the update!
