  • 1.  File 'SO_SalesOrderHeader.LCK" not found

    Customer is on Sage 100cloud Premium  2017 PU1 - we copied the date to TST company. When they go in to print a Sales Order they are getting.
    I can see the LCK file in the MAS90\LOCK folder

    I'm not sure what this true error is.
    We didn't initially copy all the forms so not sure if that is somehow related.
    Thoughts?

    Perhaps it is finding it unexpectedly.  Can you rename the file?

    I tried deleting it and Sage creates it when I go to print a Sales Order. Which makes me think that while it’s complaining about this file the error could be something else.

    Wound up copying the data files again through company maintenance. This seemed to resolve the issue.
