I am looking for the file where a Form Code is held so I can delete it.  In this instance it is under PO Purchase Order printing.  The form name is not showing up in Report Manager.  I thought it was SY_ReportSetting under MAS_System.  I did find the form code in that file and deleted all of them.  The form code still shows up in the PO Form drop down.  This is for 2021 PU2.

@Michele Herzog - you might look at SY_LastFormUsed - I've had that keep bringing back a deleted form code.

From my cheat sheet of clean up tips.....

Removing User Created Form (not report) Names in Report Settings

To delete the line that a user created for their form, look in the Sy_reportsetting.m4t file via DFDM.  Report setting name will appear as part of the key.

     ............\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_ReportSetting.M4T

    Also look at

     ...........\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_ReportOption.M4T

     And

     ............\MAS90\MAS_SYSTEM\SY_LastFormUsed.M4T

Thank you, I went thru the 2 additional tables and the form code still appears.

At this point, I would add a form anywhere and then check to see which files it updated ....

I would hit Designer on that form code in PO Printing to allow it to re-create the records it wants to, and then you should be to delete it from Report Manager.

When I hit Designer the form name disappeared.  I manually created the report folder in Reports under the company.  I went back into the form list and chose it again.  Then it disappeared from the form list.  Very odd!

I had this issue this morning - I went through basically every MAS_System file that had "form" or "report" in the name.  The one that finally did it for my last remaining hold outs was SY_ReportSetting.

Another situation I encounter when opening these tables that they are filled with outdated, obsolete records - Crystal reports from the v3.X days, old workstations, old printers, etc.   Hundreds of lines no longer applicable.   To delete or not to delete, that is the question.
