File Layout of IM_ItemTransactionHistory (field 4) includes these Transaction Codes that are not on the attached list (from Help): SK, SP, SR, SS, and PA. Anyone know what these 5 codes mean?

From Sage Engineering: In the attachment, SK was Sales Kit Parent Item which I'm told isn't used anymore but may still exist in historical files. And apparently some of these codes (denoted with *) won't be visible on the Item Maint>Transactions tab, but they are used in behind-the-scene calculations.
