    I have a client on Sage 100 2018 with the TLS patch installed. On one workstation only when trying to email an invoice gets Error Encountered File AR_Customer.LCK" not found, The underlying error is Err 12 Pgm SY_EmailEngine.PVC Line 188.

    I can't find anything for this on the Sage KB.

    Anyone have any insight?
