Field Explorer in Crystal Reports is FROZEN - for all reports. How to un-freeze?
@Lee Graham - frozen, or blank? Have you tried a brand new report from scratch?
I would try right-clicking in the Toolbars area at top, select Toolbars, enable the below checkbox, close and re-start Crystal.
