Fellow membership fees - I looked back on the e-mails from last month regarding changing the flat fee that was agreed upon at Summit ($200 per person) down to $150 per person. Is there a consensus to change to $150. Perhaps I am not seeing correctly tonight. Would everyone please say yes or no to the change. Also, are we staying with $400 for the first, $200 for all additional firm members for the Associates billing? I would like to get billing out this week for the Associates. Please indicate YES or NO to this also. Now the hard part is what to do with the fees.........

Wow this is the second time I recall replying to a Socialcast message and then return to find that the reply is not there...

    1. Can you refresh my memory - what were associates billed last year? Was it the $400/$200 you mention? 2. I think we decided that 90 Minds Fellows were going to be $150 including for branch offices.

400/200 was last year. Should be the same this year.

Slow Pay list of members still outstanding with dues.... A little surprising. I'll be sending out statements (3rd time) to these folks requesting payment. And if I don't hear back from them, I'll Robert a list on the 25th to remove.

This does not seem like a bad renewal outstanding list to me. The Sage 300 effort is going to require more than a cheaper fee. Isn't Kathleen Matthews working for one of her customers at this point? Or maybe that was someone else.

That is good point. Wayne. Although some of these member are still active and have recent posts so my guess they are just slow payers. I did ping Kathleen to contact Jeff ASAP or she was going to be dropped.

Surprised about Shaver. Again my guess is slow payer.

Kathleen sent me a note when she received the second friendly reminder that she had never received the invoice. So I sent it to her and then sent the third and final notice last Sunday. Maybe today will be her lucky day. Brett Lyder claims the check is in the mail and Shaver is having cash flow issues...... Haven't heard back from Stan regarding the $100 rate for the upcoming year. I don't think Manesh has posted much if at all. Everyone that hasn't responded with get a personal request to renew.

Not so sure. Based on his note to me, he is indeed having issues. Is Value Pricing showing a dark side?

Let's discuss at motm Jeff. I've had my own struggles with the model but I suspect it's my own optimism and over hiring practices.

Just got this from Kathleen Matthews Not going to renew. Really don't like the way Sage is headed, not a good place for a small business like me anymore. But thanks for inquiring. Take good care! ~K Mon, Nov 25 at 8:19pm

How did it get to CT if it's addressed VA?

Wayne said he put it in a handwritten envelope to him.

Amy explained that she used the STATEMENT address when sending the check. Unfortunately, she is not alone. I have had numerous checks delivered via hand written envelope. I also received several small register size checks handwritten. And to think these are resellers trying to help folks think outside the box...... Where is my DROID so I can post this to a hangout....

ATM would not read the check. It's going into an envelope today.
