Feedback on 90 Minds org structure from Brian Kelly after our state of the minds meeting Saturday AM.
1. Keep it simple
2. Keep admin time/costs down
3. Continue to invest in tools that make it easy for members and affiliates to collaborate
4. No need to do webinars - members can direct others to webinars they are aware of
5. Allow subgroups/streams for Acumatica, xtuple, X3, 300 but the requirement is the members is first a Sage 100 consultant
6. Invite admin help from other members and pay for that help - no dues for the year - perhaps $100/mo
7. What makes this group special is the leadership input of Wayne, Therese, Jim, Robert, Jeff, etc. keep management/admin in house to drive the overall direction. I realize it is a pita and that is why I suggest keeping it simple. Eliminate unnecessary admin headaches.
8. If possible outsource vanilla admin tasks like the newsletter.
