Great news.
1. Fixed term: Our proposed agreement will consist of two parts.
a. Part 1 is a general agreement. This outlines a bunch of legal stuff. **This usually calls for a 3 year term with a six month termination clause.**
b. Past 2 is a summary of the Program of Work (POW). This is a summary of what we agree to with the cost for the POW. This is subject to review every year so we keep up with changes and the cost of the services.
2. Organizational tasks
a. The POW needs to include all the items you expect from AR. **Before we sign anything, we will go back-and-forth to assure that we capture what you want along with related costs. We do not want any surprises at either end.**
