Sage 100

A client is currently using UPS Worldship with Sage 100.  Currently, I have to Sage SO shipto fields mapped to Worldship.  Client enters the SO number into a key field in UPS which then pulls the address information into Worldship.

The client is considering replacing UPS with FedEx.

Does FedEx have similar features that can pull in Ship to address into their software?

Yes, Fed Ex does.  The volume determines if they will charge or do the connection at no charge.
