February and March maintenance and support renewals
We received a notification from Sage on 1/6/2014 that there was a calculation error on the notices for these renewals. I ignored this, as probably most others did. Customers don't, though. One e-mailed us today sending last year's Gold Plan renewal and the 2014 notice. It was an increase of 158% going from $5,875 to $15,146. Sage is reissuing these notices. Remember that any customer with grandfathered users can only increase a maximum of 25% from year to year.
