I'm running a bit behind this month. Here is the agenda for Thursday's meeting, my last as el Presidente.
Please take a look at it and see what advance thinking you might want to do.
We will revisit our budgeting challenge. As I see it, the core problem is this: we are now a track to run a $40k deficit. So we either have to figure out what we expect to get out of this, or change things. If you want to revisit the spreadsheet I offered last month, please do if it will help concentrate your thinking on this.
I also want to spend some time discussing again Acumatica. I believe it is a mistake to rely solely on Sage 100, but our past year has shown that this one will be hard.
