I have a client with FAS Depreciation - Network that shows their registration is expired. Sage confirms that they are current on maintenance. I talked to support who gave me instructions on manually registering the software and that did not work. Before I continue fighting with Sage on this, has anyone seen this before? I have all of the client's paperwork and confirmed customer ID, serial number and activation/product keys. I turned off the firewall to make sure it wasn't blocking anything. The port for FAS is open for inbound/outbound traffic. Before I continue fighting with Sage on this, has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? Thanks!
