  • 1.  FAS Registration

    I have a client with FAS Depreciation - Network that shows their registration is expired. Sage confirms that they are current on maintenance. I talked to support who gave me instructions on manually registering the software and that did not work. Before I continue fighting with Sage on this, has anyone seen this before? I have all of the client's paperwork and confirmed customer ID, serial number and activation/product keys.  I turned off the firewall to make sure it wasn't blocking anything. The port for FAS is open for inbound/outbound traffic.  Before I continue fighting with Sage on this, has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? Thanks!

    I have notes on registering FAS and the one thing I noted was that I had to enter the dashes in the Serial Number

    Looks like the outside IT company implemented Crowd Strike and locked everything down in the timeframe the FAS registration broke.  Sent them Sage's write up on which URLs to allow through for registration/activation purposes.  Hoping this resolves the issue.
