Yeah, I think my current Consultant account is the issue. When you click on the My Downloads thing, only Sage 100 shows up and when I used to be under TSS's umbrella, both Sage 100 and Sage FAS showed up.

I would doubt that it's a problem with your account. First, Sage has tremendous problems with their KB content ( have they let all the KB people go?), and second, Sage has tremendous problems with their KB content. I'm running into content daily now that makes no sense. In some cases now the title doesn't match what's in the article.

Some of them appear to be downloading for me. Some different Fixed Asset version downloads seem to be available, as do a few web pages that make zero sense (the title doesn't match the KB content).
I did a FAS update not too long ago (Feb 2024), and as part of that, I had to download the latest FAS, which worked then. There wasn't anything special I had to do other than be sure that I was logged into the download KB and navigate to the FAS section.
