FAS 2018.1: Now that my customer is upgraded to 2018 for both 100 and FAS, when they run depreciation from any of the workstations where the FAS client is installed, FAS abruptly closes. Has anyone seen that? Apart from calling Sage support, do you have any other troubleshooting suggestions?

Sage suggested that they try to run the depreciation task without the 'send to' options selected, and then try printing the report separately. Depreciation ran and completed. Running the report afterwards caused the program to close down again. Luckily, this customer has good internal IT people. One of them found that there were old Sage folders in Program Files and Program Files\Common Files that were not removed during the version 2014 client uninstall process. Once he got rid of those, FAS worked correctly.
