FAS 100 issue. One of my colleagues just emailed me this. Anyone come across an issue in FAS100 like this? So here is the situation: FAS 100 Network version is installed and registered Databases exist with 11,000+ assets We create a new database and new company Attempt to upload more than 100 assets the new database and the assets over 100 are not valid Validation Report reads: ""This version of FAS does not allow more than 100 assets"" I am not aware of a limitation like this. Any clues? Could we have a registration issue?

Asset Accounting is registered with incorrect codes. When creating an asset in FAS Asset Accounting, the error ""This product is a limited version -- You cannot create more than 100 assets"" appear. The issue usually happens if the Serial Number and Activation Code for CIP and FAS are identical in account.

So how are you getting by the 10,000 asset limit? this is supposedly not limited to 10,000 per DB but 10,000 total.
