  • 1.  Fall Retreat

    Hi all - I wanted to update you on our proposed retreat dates (if held in person) so that you have them on your calendars.  

    Locations:   

    Nashville, Denver, and Louisville.  I would consider Austin again as well.    Let me know if you have a proposed location.  
    Dates:     
    09/27/2023 - 09/30/2023
    10/04/2023 - 10/07/2023
    The schedule would be likely as follows 
    Wednesday:  Arrivals
    Thursday:  Social Day and Dinner
    Friday:  Board Retreat All Day
    Saturday: Half-Day Retreat/Ending Lunch 

    Please save these dates for now if you can and stay tuned.  Thanks!

    Both sets of dates, and tentative agenda; look great to me.  I'm open to the locations suggested, also.

    Ditto to what Madeline said. Maybe the location can be selected based on the least-cost airfare from all points of origin. 😆

    My date preference is 9/27 - 9/30. Denver is my vote for the location but maybe we ask Kate, since she lives there, if the snow will have already started falling by late Sept / early Oct. I think you guys have had a past retreat there too. 2nd pref is Louisville, then Nashville.
