Version 2021 advanced. When exporting to excel, the system is requesting login. Even tough she is already logged in and even with an open spreadsheet… already reinstalled both office and workstation

Maybe rights-related?  Have someone else or an administrator log into that computer and try exporting.

Could you have an obsolete path in a connection definition? (Data tab, Queries & Connections, Select and view the Definition in the Properties)
