Finally figured out what the issue was - not enough space. This time I got an error message. Deleted a backup copy of MAS90 and then it exported with data. Not sure why I didn't get the message before.

I was going to modify a report but wanted to have some data for testing. Yes, I was trying to export to an RPT format to do my testing. I've done it a hundred times in the past but not this one.
