I need some assistance in that I have an export from Sales Order that pulls out lines that are marked as drop ship which I would import into Purchase Order based on the default vendor and all drop ship lines from the sales order are on one PO instead of multiple POs with one line per order which is how Sage handles auto generating purchase orders for drop ship items.  I am using the "Next" feature to create the PO number as some orders may have multiple vendors so using the Sales Order number for the Purchase Order number is not an option. I have an UDF that pulls in the Sales Order number for reference.  My question is that I will have this Export - Import task running 3 times a day to be sure the vendor is getting the Purchase Orders multiple times a day.  I need suggestions on how i can skip importing Sales Order lines that were previously imported either by limiting the export from Sales Order or selecting lines that weren't previously imported into Purchase Order.  Thanks for assistance.

I've accomplished this sort of thing by creating an export that circles back to the newly-imported SO lines and checks an "Imported" UDF checkbox.  This export would be chained to the PO import so it runs automatically.

Include SO# and SO LineKey in the PO line data... then filter your export to exclude SO lines that link to a PO line.
