Over the past several months, the Board and leadership team have been evaluating the future of the 90 Minds community experience.
This conversation has been driven largely by member feedback, evolving collaboration needs, and ongoing discussions around usability, engagement, searchability, and long-term knowledge retention.
As part of this process, several committees, board groups, and ad hoc working teams have already begun piloting an additional collaboration platform to help us evaluate long-term organizational needs and member experience. The early feedback has been very positive, particularly around engagement, collaboration, and ease of use.
At the same time, we recognize that the historical discussions, shared knowledge, and relationships built within our existing community platform are incredibly valuable to our organization. Preserving and thoughtfully managing that content remains one of the most important considerations in any future decision.
No immediate changes are being made at this time. We are continuing to evaluate options carefully, including migration, retention, accessibility, and long-term member experience considerations.
We also know that any platform transition would represent a significant change for our members, and we are committed to approaching the process thoughtfully, transparently, and collaboratively.
To support open discussion and gather community feedback, we will be scheduling a Town Hall before the end of June to share what we are learning, answer questions, and discuss possible next steps.
