Has anyone seen this before? New Sage 100 2023 Advanced implementation. Minimal data in the system but all explorers take about 10 minutes to populate data. Once they are populated they behave normally. Sage 100 itself is opening tasks and reports at a normal speed. It doesn't seem to matter how much data is in the explorer, salesperson view has four records and customer has 1000 but they both take roughly 10 minutes to display data.  I'm not even sure where to start - Thanks for any ideas!

Have you tried changing and/or manually assigning the default printer?  I seen similar slow or not responding issues that are resolved by assigning a default printer by disabling the Windows managing the printers.

Thanks for the suggestion Doug! It took forever to get the client to confirm if they did/did not have a valid default printer (they do) and I'm still working on getting them to turn off "let windows manage the printer". Explorers are still slow, the fact they eventually show up kills all of the troubleshooting steps - But I appreciate the help!

I've seen this in the past. Try turning on the Client / Server ODBC Driver (service). Go through that Sage KB article. There seems to be 2 of them. This is the latest: How to install and configure the Client/Server (C/S) ODBC Print driver for Sage 100 Advanced version 2013 and higher

When you get to the User Maintenance part, you might decide to check the box for Enable Client Server ODBC for only the users than run BI Explorer (or maybe that's everyone).
