    Client is on monthly pay and is getting the expired message from Sage EVERY SINGLE MONTH.  Seems like we do some different hoop jumping to get it updated each month.  We've had IT open the web site Sage mentions, but still getting this.

    Any ideas?

    I am SOOO sorry!!!!  I feel your pain!

    A couple months back, @Wayne Schulz posted this PDF regarding required open ports.  It was helpful to my client.  Perhaps it will be for you.
