    expect an updated KB in the near term when Sage again is expected to switch their knowledgebase from SAP to yet another Knowledge Management Solution, migrating away from SAP to a solution from Aptean (Knova,who also ironically acquired ServiceWare which is the old KB we all knew and loved...or tolerated).

    This does NOT mean Sage is migrating off Atlas/SAP -- it only pertains to the knowledgebase portion of the implementation.

    I could be very good news. It appears InfoSource is now nothng more than a partial index for the SAP knowledge base.

    Wasn't one of the ""benefits"" Sage spoke about for the change to Atlas to have a single/or fewer web products and therefore less maintenance? If they're moving off SAP KB, then isn't that expanding the maintenance?
