  • 1.  Expanded Customer Number

    OK, this is a weird one - why would the check box to expanded Customer Numbers not be displaying on a 2021.2 Standard install?  "Help" doesn't mention any caveats on that field.  Client does not have Sales Order - could that be it?

    Interesting.  I just created a tst company with only GL and AR.  After setting up the module, The expanded option does appear in AR Options.  The Sage install is ADV however.

    I wonder if the program thinks it is already set to the expanded mode?

    Is this a newly migrated company?  Update CM panels?

    That is an interesting question, Jeff ... Suggest checking that theory with DFDM on that AR_Options table ....
