    Existing user on 2017 Standard asking a question about Starship : Starship rate quote? Getting error, can't connect to web server? The Starship tech suggests that the user has to login as Administrator. This sounds like either a firewall or permissions issue. Has anyone dealt with this?

    We had this exact same error. It is a port issue. They need to open up port 4718. I know I have documentation somewhere I'll find it and post for reference

    Also, make sure Starship Utilities is installed
