Existing customers on Sage EES. Are they getting a new set of unlock keys that is user based? I know I should have been paying better attention...

I don't think they get new keys, it just shows user-based pricing online now.

With the ""old"" EES I recall that the EES keys did not work in the regular MAS. So you were forced to install EES from an EES CD. What I had at the time hoped to do was allow customers to purchase EES at the promotional pricing Sage offered however I was hung up on that theory when I found the keys for EES wouldn't work in MAS. I'm assuming that the keys now will work in the 4.5 download .

Just passing along an answer I received from Sage on how EES users will determine if they become concurrent or named CRM users: Question: How and when will current MAS 90/200 EES users elect whether they will be become concurrent or named based CRM users with 4.5? Answer: MAS 90 User Based customers will be able to choose at the time of order if they want concurrent or named users. That will determine how we place the order. If the customer is existing User Based, the CRM users they currently own default to concurrent unless they specify otherwise.
