Sage announces changes to Executive Committee
As a valued partner, we want to keep you informed of recent updates in our business.
Last week, we announced a few changes to Sage's Executive Committee:
• Lee Perkins, Chief Product Officer, will take on a newly expanded role as Chief Commercial and Product Officer. In the last 18 months, Lee has applied a strong commercial lens to our product strategy. In this expanded role, Lee will now lead both our regional businesses, as well as our Global Product Organization. This is an exciting change that strengthens our ability to go to market in a very unified and strategic way-bringing together product strategy and sales execution under one umbrella. The regional Managing Directors, including Nancy Harris, will report to Lee, transitioning across before Blair Crump retires at the end of March.
• Lee will continue to work with the leadership team, in particular Paul Struthers leading the Sage Medium Segment, including Sage X3, Sage 100 and Sage 300; and Marc Linden, GM and EVP of Mid-Market Native Cloud Solutions.
• Finally, the role of Chief Marketing Officer will be relocated to London, and the current Atlanta-based Chief Marketing and Business Enablement Officer, Ron McMurtrie, will leave the company at the end of March. Ron joined Sage in 2016 and has strengthened the company's brand, digital marketing, communications, and partner marketing capabilities, as well as overseeing elements of strategic operations.
