From your question, I am "assuming" (and we know what happens when we assume).
- When you test sending from the Company Maintenance Screen with the specific email as the "from" is it working?
- And if you send from maybe AR Invoice History, since you can hand key in any "to" address, and you send from the email address defined in Company Maintenance and it is working?
- but, when you change the From Address to someone else besides the ID set up in company Maintenance, that is when it fails?
If the above are true, then the IT Company needs to make a change in every user that will send emails from Sage 100 to allow "send as"
