  • 1.  Exchange 2019 mail server with Sage 100 2022 ADV

    The client updated their Exchange to 2019.  Now paperless is not working in Sage.  I have sent them several KB's on the topic, but crickets for everyone.  Are any Exchange 2019 gurus out there?  All thoughts are appreciated before I turn them loose on Sage support....

    The SMTP error text usually gives a good clue as to where to look.  Do a test from Company Maintenance, then copy / paste the whole error text and send that to whoever manages their email.
