  • 1.  Excel minimized from SI

    Client on SWK cloud server (so RDP, basically) and his Excel has begun to run as minimized from SI.  I tried saving it as maximized, changing the Excel icon to run as maximized, and regedited Excel to delete the Maximize and POS entries.  All of that at least got me to a place where he could see the maximize button (at first you couldn't even see that), but I still can't get it to run as maximized.  This just started happening.

    Any help appreciated!

    In the shortcut tab of the properties, in the Run section, make sure the value is set to Maximized.

    What version of Excel?  Sage?  RDP OS?  Can someone else login to run SI?  Does this happen to other users?

    Excel 2016. Sage 2020. When I run it, it doesn't do it.  But then again, I didn't try until this morning, and it may be working again for the client this morning.  Because that's how computers roll...
