    Every year it's this same Sage MAS 90 user asks for a quote to get back on plan and upgrade from 3.something. I can't even call them a customer because they pay neither me nor Sage a dime. Every year it's the same waste of time chasing them with a quote. Asking Sage to ""run the reinstatement numbers"". At some point I think it's not even worth it to chase these under 10 user accounts who are off maintenance,

    Amazingly enough, I got 2 clients to go back on plan last year within a few weeks of each other. I don't know what I did differently, but I did make note in my newsletter that the sweet deal Sage was offering to 4.10 people was expiring soon - and both clients fit into that deal. I'm going to try the same thing next summer for 4.20 people, if Sage runs the deal again. I think it was just that the economy is picking up here.
