    Every time I call Sage tech support there is one of two messages: 1. Call volume is higher than normal. We can call you back, or 2. We are extremely busy in this quarter end season, blah blah blah.... The quarter end season must be eight months out of the year.

    1. I believe this HAS become the new normal. 2. Quarter end season could be defined as anything between 10/1 and 12/31 for Sage. 3. Perhaps you are on a special list that get these messages.

    If they have a high call volume now, just think how January will be. @DougHiggs, did you wait or leave a number?

    I was waiting with my headset on and working at the same time. I figured it out and hung up after 20 minutes.

    That's their strategy! If you wait long enough on hold, you eventually will solve your issue.

    That would not surprise me. Looks like Doug Higgs calling in. Put him on hold.... he will eventually hang up.... and if we are really lucky he will start selling more Acumatica.

    You don't understand, 'quarter end' is defined as 1/1 to 12/31. Its what happens when you lay off most of your support staff...

    Quarter end: the last 15 minutes of every quarter hour.

    LOL... Sure seems like it. I think that ""quarter end"" message was on there for the last 10 years. They recently changed it up with the ""call volume is higher than normal.."".

    Is ""normal' defined as call volume at 2am?
