Thank you @Karen O'Lane, that's the one I was looking for and the one that started the idea for our own Code of Conduct (CofC) for MOTM.  It's important that all the board members weigh-in on this topic, as some may feel strongly about a particular language exclusion or inclusion.   ​The Acumatica CofC is strongly worded and broad, but perhaps a CofC requires strong, broad statements to be effective.  It is possible this is Acumatica's response to a prior incident(s) at another event  or empowers those in charge to directly deal with participants that may get out of hand.  Hard to know, and they likely wouldn't talk about it anyway.

I'd like to see any examples of CofC that the board may know of or find.  Thank you in advance.
