A few exciting updates as we move forward.
We have officially booked the bonfire and catering for Thursday night. I'm also closely monitoring the weather, and as of now it's looking beautiful - around 75 degrees with no rain in the forecast. If that holds, we are in for a really lovely evening on the beach.
Even so, I went ahead and ordered blankets and customized hand warmers (see attached pictures). I want this to feel thoughtful, comfortable, and memorable regardless of any coastal breeze. I'd rather be over-prepared than under-prepared.
I'm very excited to be moving forward with this event. It's shaping up to be something special.
Also, just to confirm: we are not planning anything after the bonfire on Thursday or after the Wednesday evening networking reception. These will be our two primary evening events for the conference, and we want them to feel intentional and well attended.
More to come, but we're in a great place.
