2. Town Hall Debrief & Poll Results – 15 min

   • Town Hall Poll Results review (Tom & Darcy)

   • Key takeaways:
     • Most attendees plan to arrive 1 day before and leave 1 day after
     • ~50% may bring guests; split on including them in activities
     • Moderate interest in water/pickleball (~⅓ yes, ~⅓ maybe)
     • Coldplay not a strong draw

   • Next steps: Adjust Coronado activity planning accordingly

3. Committee Charter & Success Metrics – 10 min (decision)

   • Review Dana's draft; finalize metrics (attendance, NPS, sponsorship, etc.)

4. Coronado Activities & Sponsorships – 15 min
