  • 1.  Errors converting company data after installing new revisions of DSD Mods

    Received the following error when trying to convert company data after installing newer revisions of various DSD mods to our customer's system (SOSI, SOMI, MBAD, SMSM, MBSM, CIEL, and Avatax).  Customer's system is 5.30.5 Premium.

    The following conversion record failed while converting TQI:\05.30.00.26:DATA:SO_SalesOrderDetail:000000:234 - Create Table failed for MAS_TQI..SO_SalesOrderDetail\42S11: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The operation failed because an index or statistics with name 'KPRIMARY_SO_SalesOrderDetail' already exists on table 'SO_SalesOrderDetail'.

    I had a similar error with a premium client. I used DFDM to look at SO_SalesOrderDetail and they had a ghost record/corrupted record in there. Once I deleted the bad record the conversion completed successfully.

    I did look at that table, but didn't have any bad records.  Looked in SQL and in Premium DFDM.  

    I was able to get the company data conversion to complete by going into the SQL DB and found that Change Tracking was enabled for the SO_SalesOrderDetails table.  I turned that off and then was successfully able to complete the data conversion.  Found that as a fix on an older thread here. So for now, I'm all set.
