  • 1.  Error Unable to get AESCrypto.dll Library Address

    Have a 2024 Premium 64 bit client who gets this on both the server and their workstation.  Uninstalled and reinstalled workstation and eFiling, still got this error.  The files WERE in the appropriate folder.

    What worked for me was running Sage in "MAS90" mode - so I'm wondering if it's a 64 bit thing.  I was going to switch them to 32 bit next to try it, but since MAS90 mode worked, I stopped, so I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall the service, etc, etc

    I think based on your question that you have already seen this KB entry - however for anyone in the future -Error Unable to get AESCrypto.dll Library Address

    There's a section in the KB that might apply: 

    Sage 100 Advanced and Premium

    Make sure the account running the Sage 100 Application Service has FULL permissions to C:\ProgramData\Sage\ folder and\or is a member of the Local Administrators group on the Application Server

    Yeah, we tried that, too.  After posting my solution, though, I checked on Sage City and someone there posted that adding the service account to the Domain ADMIN group did the trick for them.
