Have a 2024 Premium 64 bit client who gets this on both the server and their workstation. Uninstalled and reinstalled workstation and eFiling, still got this error. The files WERE in the appropriate folder.
What worked for me was running Sage in "MAS90" mode - so I'm wondering if it's a 64 bit thing. I was going to switch them to 32 bit next to try it, but since MAS90 mode worked, I stopped, so I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall the service, etc, etc
