End use is down and month end is pending....

Sage 100 2022 Standard. Client runs on a hosted Citrix platform. The server and workstations are VMs. Workstations got corrupted on Tuesday. IT vendor is redeploying workstations from a static image. The image was created prior to installing Sage 100 2022, so had to run wksetup.exe on deployed workstations from the old static image. When wksteup.exe is run from a mapped drive, the error that setup cannot be run from UNC appears. The install log indicates that the CURRENTDIRETORY is a UNC path (see below). Workstations are Windows 10. It appears that the install program is substituting a UNC for a mapped drive. Sees to be an environmental issue. Anyone see this behavior and the resolution?

Update - Credit for this suggestion goes to Jim Woodhead, AKA The Big Guy.

Sage 100 2020 had previously been installed. Navigated to the mapped drive and performed the run "startup.m4p" in pvxwin.exe. This updated the workstation. Then, created a shortcut for Sage 100 2022 Standard using the mapped drive in the paths. Client is up and running.
