  • 1.  Error Record in Uneditable State - VI Imoprt AR Salesperson Commission

    Older version Sage 100 4.5 (yay, I know)

    Need to change the SalesSubjectToComm amount, created VI Import to AR_SalespersonCommission


    Test run, all records pass.

    Live run, all records fail with Record is in Uneditable State.

    No other users in system. Check providexdde, the fields are 'editable'.

    I've also tried with fewer fields, just the InvoiceNo and SalesSubjectToComm and receive the same results, all records failed uneditable state.

    Any ideas? tia

    Should that invoice no. be 15 char in length?

    You can't use FileAssign fields until the entire key (for the link) is set. Put InvoiceType into the source data instead.
