    I have a client who is getting the "Sage 100 has stopped working error", but only when printing the GL Detail Report with condensed checked (unchecked it prints fine).

    Sage 100 2018 Standard, SP10 (this issue began after installing SP10 last week).  When logged into her workstation with an admin windows profile, no error.  When logged in as her user, error (again, only with condensed).  

    User workstation is Windows 10 and is current on updates.

    I have given her user full rights to the MAS90 directory on the server, all Sage/SAP folders on her C drive (program files, common components, etc).  I have uninstalled/reinstalled Sage, updated SY_ReportSetting to have no printers for GL_DETAILREPORT, installed Crystal Reports to her workstation.  When I run Sage 100 as Admin and try to preview the condensed GL Detail the report window just disappears.  When I try to launch the condensed report in Crystal Reports I get an error "Crystal Reports has stopped working".  Attached are the errors I see on the Window Event Viewer.

    I would love any ideas/suggestions, thanks!

    Do you get the error when running it.  Does she get it from another workstation.  Try replacing the condensed version with one from your install?

    Thanks for the reply Jeff.  I am logged into her workstation with my Sage user (that has full access within Sage) and get the error when previewing/printing.  When I run it from another workstation (or when other users run it) it runs without error.

    You may be missing the Sage100 reporting font.... used for compressed only.
