  • 1.  Error printing GL_CartOfAccounts

    A customer is receiving the following error:

    Error in File GL_ChartOfAccounts2500_14536_(070898A2-F8ED-4F9F-BF2E-FDDAFA5C4B08).rpt Database Connection Error

    I have seen something like this before but can't get into the Knowledgebase right now.  Can anyone give me an idea of how to fix this?

    Looks like it could be a bad date issue.  Start/End date fields in Acct Maint?  Any other info with that error?
