  • 1.  Error printing Customer RMA when Cross Ship option is checked in RMA Entry

    v2016 Advanced.  When the save the RMA, they first are prompted to print a S/O, which they do without error.  Next, the Print Customer RMA window appears.  When they click "Print", they get an error: Record " is missing from "memory".  The RMA is saved, and the RMA prints, but other RMAs with their print flags checked also print.

    I found Sage KB article 44484 and followed the instructions, but the issue is not resolved.

    Probably not at ALL related, but required UDF's on Sales Orders can cause issues with RMA.

    When the Customer RMA Printing window appears, are they possibly choosing one of the Paperless options on the Paperless Office Output dropbox? If so,  pull up the customer the RMA was being printed for in Customer Maintenance then click Paperless button, choose Document = R/A Customer RMA then look at all the settings on the Main, Email, and Fax tabs. It would seem like something is not set right.

    Paperless not enabled for RMA forms.  No required fields in S/O Entry.
