When the Customer RMA Printing window appears, are they possibly choosing one of the Paperless options on the
Paperless Office Output dropbox? If so, pull up the customer the RMA was being printed for in Customer Maintenance then click Paperless button, choose Document =
R/A Customer RMA then look at all the settings on the Main, Email, and Fax tabs. It would seem like something is not set right.
