    Error message while processing CC via SPS in MAS. Is this a serious message. The charge is provided an authorization and transaction number. Should I (the client) be concerned? They have been on MAS (and SPS for three whole days now............

    Was the exp date left blank or the CVV left blank? They should be able to check in the web terminal if the transaction has been processed or not.

    I would check the virtual terminal as @PhilMcIntosh suggested. If it didn't process, you could deselect Require Validation Code in Payment Type Maintenance to see it actually processes as a temporary workaround. You don't want the poor people to go bananas after three whole days!!!

    No, expiration dates are filled in as well as the CVV information. Will check the VT tonight...

    So why would the authorization code and transaction number be returned if it truly failed?
