Hi All, I have an issue that is extremely puzzling. Our client is on Sage 100 Advanced 2020. Their users all run Sage on Session host servers. They have 5 that are load balanced. There is one user that gets the error "File 'ES_options' not found". One of the really odd things is that when he first logs in, he gets a date prompt for Business Insights, then the error. I tried updating his role to allow access to Business Insights which worked for a couple of log ins then the error came back. The KB writeup on this is that you need to recreate the session files. We have done this 3 times now and it never seemed to have helped.
He is working from home on a laptop. The laptop is using a wireless connection (which in theory should not matter when connecting to a remote). I connected to his laptop and tested launching Sage vis the remote app and then tried using Remote Desktop. In the remote desktop session (all the time logged in as the user) I was able to log into Sage with my log in and did NOT get the error. When logging in as him it did occur. Created a new user account for him and it happened with new user login as well.
We have tried having him plug directly into the router so it was not using wireless and got the same issue.
I can't figure out why it takes him to Business Insights on login or why he is the only one getting this error when all other users on the remote hosts are fine.
If anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated.
